BU Software Sales Specialist : State

** This is a Remote position and is available for residents of India with a valid residential and identity proof. Mandatory to have an Aadhaar Card. **
** We will allocate the business unit based on our requirements from time to time and your skills. **
** We provide basic training and skill sharing for the business segments allocated. **

What's Required
Requirements to fulfill this position
- You need to be at least 21 years and above in age
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation: Prospecting for new clients through cold calls, networking, referrals, and email campaigns.
- Client Needs Assessment: Identifying customer needs and challenges to offer tailored software solutions.
- Product Demonstrations: Presenting software products and services, and conducting demos to showcase their value.
- Sales Strategy: Developing and executing sales pitches, presentations, and proposals to potential clients.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating sales terms and closing deals, often in longer sales cycles.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets to contribute to organizational growth.
- Market Awareness: Staying informed about market trends and competitive offerings.
- Lead Generation: Prospecting for new clients through cold calls, networking, referrals, and email campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Aptitude:
A good understanding of software products, online store software, CRM, Dropshipping, and their minimum technical specifications. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for effective client interaction.
- Sales Acumen: Proficiency in sales processes, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
- Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and foster long-term relationships.
- Adaptability: Being a fast learner, capable of quickly understanding new software and market dynamics.
- Customer Focus:
A commitment to customer satisfaction and providing ongoing support.
Certain Add On Requirements:- You should have handled sales operations
- You should have knowledge and skills regarding sales partnership management
- You should have knowledge and experience regarding business vendor management
- You should be pro-active and flair towards mutual growth and keen to grow our organization's business portfolio
- You should be smart to deal with sales pressure situations and can create remedies during crisis times.
- You should be a self learner and willing to up-skill yourself from time to time
- You should be ready to innovate better business management within the allocated Business portfolio budgets.
- Basic Computer Literacy is must and you should be easily able to use laptop/desktop/smart phone
- You need to have laptop and/or desktop as well as smartphone at your working location with good internet connection.
- Good to have functional knowledge about any CRM tool, ERP Solution, Ticketing Tools and basic accounts.
Your Earning Potential :
Till the Revenue reaches INR 1CR/Month for the state: 10% of the total revenue of the assigned state, with a maximum capping of INR 5 Lakhs/Month ( paid in the subsequent month )+ 5% of total quarterly revenue of the assigned state as incentives ( paid in the subsequent quarter )
Revenue Earnings from INR 1CR/Month for the state till INR 10CR/Month: 10% of the total revenue of the assigned state, with a maximum capping of INR 10 Lakhs/Month + 5% of the total quarterly revenue of the assigned state as incentives ( paid in the subsequent quarter )
** Once revenue reaches above INR 1CR for the assigned state, we will discuss the terms based on either a salaried model or service model.
Cancellation/Terminations/Re-assignments:
- If we find the documents inappropriate anytime on or after submission, we will cancel/terminate our partnership. We may or may not send prior notice to your contact details shared in your application based on our discretion.
- If we find any no show or due to any instances we are not able to connect with you or your authorized people for a certain span after 15 days of trying to connect, we will cancel/terminate the partnership without giving any prior notice.
- If there is no sale and/or collections for a continuous period of 3 months in your assigned BU and state, we may cancel/terminate/re-assign to any other BU depending requirements and your skill sets, the partnership with or without any prior notice.
