** This is a Remote position and is available for residents of India with a valid residential and identity proof. Mandatory to have Aadhaar Card. **

** We will allocate the business unit basis our requirements from time to time and your skills. **

** We provide basic training and skill sharing for the business segments allocated. **

What's Required​

Requirements to fulfill this position


  1. You need to be at least 21 years and above in age
  2. You should know general administration and/or management
  3. Good to have knowledge and skills regarding sales partnership management platforms
  4. Good to have knowledge and/or experience regarding online platforms
  5. You should be proactive and flair towards mutual growth and keen to grow our organization's business portfolio 
  6. You should be smart enough to deal with pressure situations and create remedies during crisis times.
  7. You should be a self-learner and willing to upskill yourself from time to time
  8. You should be ready to innovate better management skills
  9. Basic Computer Literacy is a must, and you should be easily able to use a laptop/desktop/smartphone
  10. You need to have a laptop and/or desktop as well as a smartphone at your working location with a good internet connection.
  11. Preference will be given to freshers/homemakers/retired government and/or private organization employees
  12. Good to have flair towards sales and/or upselling software solutions.
  13. Good Conversational English and Good to have communication skills of the Regional Language of the assigned state
  14. Good to know Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and general Microsoft Office tools.

Your Earning Potential

Till the Revenue reaches INR 1CR/Month for the solution: 10% of the total revenue of the assigned business unit of your state, with a maximum capping of INR 1 Lakhs/Month ( paid in the subsequent month )+ 3% sales incentive for any referred sales of any business unit.

Revenue Earnings from INR 1CR/Month for the solution till INR 10CR/Month: 10% of the total revenue of the assigned business unit of your state, with a maximum capping of INR 1.5 Lakhs/Month + 3% sales incentive for any referred sales of any business unit.

** Once revenue reaches above INR 1CR for the assigned state, we will discuss the terms based on either a salaried model or service model.
