** This is a Remote position and is available for residents of India with a valid residential and identity proof. Mandatory to have an Aadhaar Card. **
** We will allocate the business unit based on our requirements from time to time and your skills. **
** We provide basic training and skill sharing for the business segments allocated. **

What's Required​
Requirements to fulfill this position
- You need to be at least 21 years and above in age
- You should know software service operations
- You should have knowledge and skills regarding sales partnership management platforms
- You should have knowledge and administrative experience on any of the following online platforms of a) E-Commerce, b) Event management, c) Learning Management System, d) Human Resource Management Software
- You should be proactive and flair towards mutual growth and keen to grow our organization's business portfolio
- You should be smart to deal with pressure situations and create remedies during crisis times.
- You should be a self-learner and willing to upskill yourself from time to time
- You should be ready to innovate better software management within the allocated Business portfolio budgets.
- Basic Computer Literacy is a must, and you should be able to easily use a laptop/desktop/smartphone
- You need to have a laptop and/or desktop as well as a smartphone at your working location with a good internet connection.
- Preference will be given to people who come from software services organizations with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Good to have flair towards sales and/or upselling software solutions.
- Good Conversational English and Good to have communication skills in the regional Language of the assigned state
Your Earning Potential
Till the Revenue reaches INR 1CR/Month for the solution: 10% of the total revenue of the assigned solution of the assigned state, with a maximum capping of INR 2 Lakhs/Month ( paid in the subsequent month )+ 3% sales incentive for any referred sales of any business unit.
Revenue Earnings from INR 1CR/Month for the solution till INR 10CR/Month: 10% of the total revenue of the assigned solution of the assigned state, with a maximum capping of INR 4 Lakhs/Month + 3% sales incentive for any referred sales of any business unit.
** Once revenue reaches above INR 1CR for the assigned state, we will discuss the terms based on either a salaried model or service model.
