BU Sales Head : India Region

** This is a Remote position and is available for residents of India with a valid residential and identity proof. Mandatory to have Aadhaar Card. **

** We will allocate the business unit basis our requirements from time to time and your skills. **

** We provide basic training and skill sharing for the business segments allocated. **

What's Required

Requirements to fulfill this position

You need to be at least 30 years and above in age
You should have handled business sales management and operations in B2B, B2C, Direct to Consumer models. You should be good at creating sales teams, targets and measures as well as any standard operating procedures, improvement plans as and when required. 
You should have knowledge and skills regarding sales partnership management​ and online affiliate management. You should be someone who wants to grow yourself as a learner and also someone who wants to earn with dignity.
You should have knowledge and experience regarding business vendor management
You should be pro-active and flair towards mutual growth and keen to grow our organization's business portfolio. 
You should be smart to deal with sales pressure situations and can create remedies during crisis times.


 You should be a self learner and willing to up-skill yourself from time to time
Computer Literacy is must and you should be easily able to use laptop/desktop/smart phone
You need to have laptop and/or desktop as well as smartphone at your working location with good internet connection.


Good to have functional knowledge about any CRM tool, ERP Solution, Ticketing Tools and subscriptions and accounts along with dashboard use of any payment gateway.

Your Earning Potential

Till the Revenue reaches INR 5CR/Month for the state : 15% of the total revenue of assigned business unit of the country region with a maximum capping of INR 10 Lakhs/Month ( paid in subsequent month )+ 3% of the total quarterly revenue of the assigned Business unit of the country region as incentives ( paid in the subsequent quarter )

Revenue Earnings from INR 5CR/Month for the state till INR 10CR/Month: 15% of total revenue of assigned state with a maximum capping of INR 15 Lakhs/Month + 3% of total quarterly revenue of assigned Business unit of the country region as incentives ( paid in subsequent quarter )

Availability :

  • You need to be available for 2 hours in a week during Canadian EST hours ( between 9 PM EST and 11 PM EST )
  • Preference will be given to freelancers, people not working anywhere, home makers with relevant skills and experience.


  • India Region covers India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan and Tibet
** Once revenue reaches above INR 5CR for the assigned business unit of the country region, we will discuss the terms based on either a salaried model or service partner model. 

Cancellation/Terminations/Re-assignments:
  1. If we find the documents inappropriate anytime on or after submission, we will cancel/terminate our partnership. We may or may not send prior notice to your contact details shared in your application based on our discretion.
  2. If we find any no show or due to any instances we are not able to connect with you or your authorized people for a certain span after 15 days of trying to connect, we will cancel/terminate the partnership without giving any prior notice.
  3. If there is no sale and/or collections for a continuous period of 3 months in your assigned business unit for the assigned country region, we may cancel/terminate/re-assign to any other BU depending requirements and your skill sets, the partnership with or without any prior notice.
