** This is a Remote position and is available for residents of India with a valid residential and identity proof. Mandatory to have Aadhaar Card. **

** We will allocate the business unit basis our requirements from time to time and your skills. **

** We provide basic training and skill sharing for the business segments allocated. **

What's Required​

Requirements to fulfill this position

  1. You need to be at least 30 years and above in age
  2. You should have handled human resource management and recruitment operations
  3. You should have knowledge and skills regarding sales partnership management
  4. You should have knowledge and experience regarding business vendor management 
  5. You should be pro-active and flair towards mutual growth and keen to grow our organization's business portfolio 
  6. You should be smart to deal with sales pressure situations and can create remedies during crisis times.
  7. You should be a self learner and willing to up-skill yourself from time to time
  8. You should be ready to innovate better business management within the allocated Business portfolio budgets.
  9. Basic Computer Literacy is must and you should be easily able to use laptop/desktop/smart phone
  10. You need to have laptop and/or desktop as well as smartphone at your working location with good internet connection.
  11. Good to have functional knowledge about any HRMS solutions and Accounting
  12. You will manage internal hiring and at least one managed HRMS service solution.
  13. Good to have knowledge of Pre-sales in recruitments industry.
  14. Minimum 5 years of corporate exposure and/or experience is mandatory.
Business Portfolio : 50% of the total revenue earnings for the allocated managed HRMS service solution. This means this is the maximum size of revenue you will have to handle for the allocated state.

Your Earning Potential

Till the Revenue reaches INR 1CR/Month for the solution : 10% of the total revenue of assigned HRMS service solution with a maximum capping of INR 5 Lakhs/Month ( paid in subsequent month )+ 5% of total quarterly revenue of assigned solution as incentives ( paid in subsequent quarter )

Revenue Earnings from INR 1CR/Month for the solution till INR 10CR/Month : 10% of total revenue of assigned HRMS service solution with a maximum capping of INR 10 Lakhs/Month + 5% of total quarterly revenue of assigned solution as incentives ( paid in subsequent quarter )


** Once revenue reaches above INR 1CR for assigned state, we will discuss regarding the terms based on either a salaried model or service model.
