Accounts Management Partner : Odoo Accounts & Subscriptions

1. You need to be at least 21 years and above in age
2. You should have knowledge and skills regarding sales partnership management platforms
3. You should have knowledge and administrative experience on Odoo Accounts & Subscriptions Management
4. You should have accounts experience in GST returns, filings & related compliance
5. You should have knowledge and experience of managing Global Accounts & Subscriptions.
6. You should be proactive and flair towards mutual growth and keen to grow our organization's business portfolio 
7. You should be smart to deal with pressure situations and create remedies during crisis times.
8. You should be a self-learner and willing to upskill yourself from time to time
9. Computer Literacy is a must, and you should be able to easily use a laptop/desktop/smartphone
10. You need to have a laptop and/or desktop as well as a smartphone at your working location with a good internet connection.
11. Preference will be given to Freelance Women/Home Makers/ Retired Government Employees under the age of 65 years/ Employees of Odoo or Odoo Partner Companies who have experience on using Odoo Accounts and Subscription Management Software.
12. Good to have flair towards sales and/or upselling software solutions.
13. Good Conversational English and Good to have communication skills in the regional Language of the assigned state

Your Earning Potential

Till the Revenue reaches INR 1CR/Month for the solution: 7% of the total revenue of the company , with a maximum capping of INR 2.5 Lakhs/Month ( paid in the subsequent month )+ 3% sales incentive for any referred sales of any business unit.

Revenue Earnings from INR 1CR/Month for the solution till INR 10CR/Month: 7% of the total revenue of the company, with a maximum capping of INR 4 Lakhs/Month + 3% sales incentive for any referred sales of any business unit.

** Once revenue reaches above INR 10CR for the company, we will discuss the terms based on either a salaried model or service model.

Availability :

• You need to be available for 2 hours in a week during Canadian EST hours ( between 9 PM EST and 11 PM EST )
• Preference will be given to freelancers, people not working anywhere, home makers with relevant skills and experience.

Cancellation/Terminations/Re-assignments:

1. If we find the documents inappropriate anytime on or after submission, we will cancel/terminate our partnership. We may or may not send prior notice to your contact details shared in your application based on our discretion.
2. If we find any no show or due to any instances we are not able to connect with you or your authorized people for a certain span after 15 days of trying to connect, we will cancel/terminate the partnership without giving any prior notice.
3. If there is no sale and/or collections for a continuous period of 3 months in your assigned country region, we may cancel/terminate/re-assign to any other BU depending requirements and your skill sets, the partnership with or without any prior notice.
